Shipping policy


Shipping Area/s

  • Domestic: South Africa.
    • Delivery method: PostNet to PostNet only.
  • International: Use our 'Contact' page or email us for more information regarding shipment options.

Processing and Shipping Days

  • Order processing: Orders are processed and packed after payment confirmation.
  • Dedicated shipping days: Shipments are dispatched on Fridays/Saturdays only. If we ship your parcel on a different day we will let you know.
  • Cut-off for same-week dispatch: Orders confirmed by Thursday 12:00 SAST will be prepared for Friday dispatch. Orders confirmed after that time will be prepared for the following week's shipping day (Friday/Saturday).

Choosing your PostNet branch

  • After your order is confirmed, we will email a list of nearby PostNet branches; reply with your preferred branch or provide a different PostNet of your choice.
  • When replying, include the PostNet branch name, branch code if available, shop address and the recipient contact details (full name, phone number) for collection.

Transit times and tracking

  • Estimated transit: PostNet states 3–4 working days, though actual delivery may vary depending on remoteness and peak periods.
  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Use the tracking number to monitor delivery and the collection status at your chosen PostNet branch.

Shipping costs

  • Cost at checkout: Shipping fees are shown at checkout and must be paid before dispatch. We charge for standard >5kg orders. If your order exceeds the threshold we will contact you for further arrangements.
  • Additional charges: Any additional charges requested by PostNet at collection are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to collect the parcel.

Lost, damaged, or failed deliveries

  • Lost parcels or failed deliveries: Contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate with PostNet. We will assist with claims but cannot guarantee outcomes for delays caused by third parties.
  • Uncollected parcels: If a parcel is not collected from PostNet within their collection window it may be discarded or dealt with as per the store's own policies; additional collection or return shipping fees may apply.

  • For shipping queries, tracking help, or to report problems, reply to your shipping confirmation email or contact our support team via the contact page. Include your order number and the PostNet tracking number for fastest response.

Notes

  • We aim for clear, timely communication: you will always receive a confirmation when your order is accepted and another when it has been dispatched with tracking details.
  • Transit estimates from PostNet are guidelines only and can be affected by regional logistics and high-volume periods.
